April was another busy month for the team. With Tim taking a break, Dominic Gleeson took the lead and ran the show. He did a fantastic job with all projects remaining on schedule.
Craig Donaldson was also awarded for his dedication and hard work. Craig was nominated by more than half his co-workers for his awesome attitude. One of the projects Craig worked on was the huge job we did for McDonald Jones Homes at their display homes on Kingham Circuit in Thornton. Here’s a progress shot and the result. We think that good work deserves to be rewarded. That’s why, every month, one of Novascape’s employees receives the “Employee of the Month” award.
Our supervisors, Rory Stone, Jake Boulsover and Mitch Wilson nominate one of their team members for the award based on the work they completed during the month. The winner is then chosen and awarded during one of our toolbox talks.
