Marc Peterson has been awarded Employee of the Month for August.
Marc recently completed the first year of Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
“He’s learning new skills whenever he can. Marc received excellent results and he’s continued to show awesome commitment to work” said Dominic Gleeson, Novascape’s Domestic Project Estimator and Manager.
Marc joined Novascape as a fully qualified chef and has proven that its possible to swap a chef’s knife for a shovel.
In August alone, Marc has contributed to two commercial landscaping projects in Wallsend and Morisset Park. He’s also been active on four domestic landscaping projects in Garden Suburb, Warners Bay, Cardiff Heights and Cooranbong.

Our supervisors, Rory Stone, Jake Boulsover and Mitch Wilson nominate one of their team members for the award based on the work they completed during the month. The winner is then chosen and awarded during one of our toolbox talks.
