Kieren Haddow has been awarded Employee of the Month for November.
Kieren’s ongoing commitment to the Wirraway project has been outstanding. MJH Multi engaged us to provide structural landscaping to more than 20 new houses being built for Defence Housing Australia at Thornton.
This large project began in July and was recently completed. A period of maintenance is now underway to ensure proper establishment of the gardens and lawns.
We think that good work deserves to be rewarded. That’s why, every month, one of Novascape’s employees receives the “Employee of the Month” award.
Our supervisors, Jake Boulsover, Mitch Wilson and Troy Kirsch nominate one of their team members for the award based on the work they completed during the month. The winner is then chosen and awarded during one of our toolbox talks.
