We’re off to a roaring start in 2016. We delivered so many great projects recently that we decided to award two Employees of the Month.
Sean Boag is our first recipient for displaying exceptional willingness to learn on the Wilson project. Sean was attentive, asked loads of questions and demonstrated his understanding immediately.
Our other winner is site supervisor Jake Boulsover. Jake completed the Mojo Homes display homes within a very tight deadline and on budget! Here’s a progress shot but stay tuned, we’ll be posting some photos of the Mojo Homes very soon.
We think that good work deserves to be rewarded. That’s why, every month, one of Novascape’s employees receives the “Employee of the Month” award.
Our supervisors, Rory Stone, Jake Boulsover and Mitch Wilson nominate one of their team members for the award based on the work they completed during the month. The winner is then chosen and awarded during one of our toolbox talks.
